Endorsers

As an endorser, I add my individual name/organizational name to Occupation-Free Portland’s campaign calling for the City of Portland, OR to place Caterpillar, G4S, Hewlett-Packard, and Motorola Solutions on its Do-Not-Buy list due to these corporations’ involvement in the Israeli occupation of Palestinian lands.

The practices of these companies in Israel’s illegal occupation of Palestinian lands violates Portland’s Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) Policy. The SRI policy  states that Portland should not invest in companies that abuse human rights. Therefore, our tax dollars should not be used to invest in these corporations so long as they provide products and services that sustain Israel’s occupation. That occupation is illegal under international law and denies fundamental human rights to the Palestinian people.
